Chef Rocco Carulli
Rocco Carulli, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, owned and managed the successful Edwige At Night restaurant in Provincetown, MA for 13 years. He brought his culinary vision to Wynwood, Miami in January 2014 when R House was one of a handful of pioneer restaurants that contributed to the initial development of the unique neighborhood. “I wanted to create a place where people can have a full sensory experience by eating delicious food, be surrounded by extraordinary art and listen to great music. I know Wynwood is the perfect neighborhood for the R House concept."
Our menu is the creation of Italian-American Chef Rocco Carulli. It features a unique selection of rustic Southern Italian plates complemented by modern farm-to-table American dishes. All dishes are made to order using the freshest ingredients, as evidenced by our recent Snail of Approval award from the Slow Food Movement Miami.
